Walda's Walnuts

Family grown and imported, our Chandler variety Walnuts provide great taste that keeps well throughout the year.

Walda’s Walnuts are cultivated in Spain and imported to the UK by a small family business. Grown close to Albacete in the Castilla-La Mancha region of Spain, the cold winters and hot dry summers provide close to perfect growing conditions for the walnuts.

We grow and sell the chandler variety of walnut famed for its large, smooth, oval shaped shell and strong shell to kernel yields. Our traditional, natural cultivation methods and air drying process give our walnuts a great taste which is maintained over time.

Harvested each year in late October and early November, by keeping the walnuts in their shells the flavour and quality can be maintained for 10 to 14 months.
